Work spans all stages of public procurement procedures and administrative contracts, from project structuring through participation in tenders and negotiations with granting authorities. Ongoing support is also provided in contract performance, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and the effective management of regulatory risks.

Continuous support is provided in interactions with authorities, including the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), the National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL), and the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), among others. This includes the interpretation and application of regulatory frameworks, as well as strategic guidance for decision-making in supervised environments.

In administrative and judicial disputes, clients are represented in proceedings before regulatory authorities and the courts, including the defence of claims involving administrative misconduct and other public sector-related disputes.
