  Educational institutions are advised in administrative and judicial proceedings involving academic, disciplinary, contractual, and regulatory matters, with strategic representation before public authorities and supervisory bodies. The focus is on safeguarding legal certainty and institutional reputation through consistent solutions aligned with sector best practices.

Advice also covers the structuring and implementation of compliance programmes, including alignment with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the Digital Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA Digital).
