Pedro Barbosa

Partner at Cammarota & Abreu Advogados, he has approximately ten years of experience in corporate law, having previously worked at internationally recognised law firms. Throughout his career, he has been involved in significant transactions in the Brazilian market, with a particular focus on complex deals, including corporate reorganisations, public offerings, stock exchange listings and M&A transactions. He is also active in projects in the power sector, with experience in the structuring and development of energy projects, as well as in transactions involving generation and trading assets and participation in sector auctions.
